What does the Mageiritsa mix include?

The mix offers ready-made, washed and chopped intestines and liver, eliminating the most time-consuming preparation stages (cleaning/cutting). The intestine-liver ratio is designed so that the soup acquires the appropriate texture and thickens properly. It is the ideal solution for professionals who want to serve traditional magiritsa with consistent quality and zero waste of time.

Does Mageiritsa need further boiling?

The product is semi-finished. The blanching has been done to reduce cooking time and for better preservation, but the ingredients are not fully cooked. The normal boiling process according to the chef’s recipe is required (sautéing with onions, boiling with herbs, egg and lemon). The value of the product is that it saves the professional from the chore of cleaning, not from creating the flavor.

Is it available all year round?

Seasonality is no longer a problem. We use flash freezing technology immediately after production, which “locks” the freshness and nutritional value of the ingredients. This allows us to have high-quality magiritsa available all year round, meeting the needs of restaurants that want to offer this dish outside of the Easter period.
